Who are we looking for?

• Civil Engineer (ETH/SUP/UNI or equivalent) with ideally multidisciplinary knowledge in civil, hydraulic and electromechanical fields.
• Proven track record (> 15 years) leading the design of hydropower plants and hydraulic works.
• Strong project-management skills gained on multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Solid legal, financial and industry-regulatory know-how.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and business-development abilities; empathy, flexibility and a broad professional network.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad for short/medium trips (2–15 days) totaling 40–50 working days per year.
