What you’ll do:

• Lead data science and modeling initiatives organization-wide
• Manage resources and projects aligned with business priorities
• Support various business areas and functions
• Ensure data science and modeling are key to innovation and operations
• Collaborate with IT and external partners for strategy and investment
• Implement data operations, visualization, and training
• Promote AI/ML and modeling adoption through partnerships
• Coordinate with SMEs in IT, automation, and analytics

What we’re looking for:

• PhD or equivalent in Science, Chemical Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• At least 10 years of project leadership experience in pharmaceuticals or CDMO
• Proven success in deploying modeling tools in pharma/CDMO settings
• Ability to operate in complex matrix environments
• Expertise in developing and deploying complex modeling tools and programming
• Strong network and recognition as an SME
• Strategic and operational planning skills
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical info into business insights
