On Zürich is seeking a Head of Creative, Core Brand Design to own and evolve the brand's visual language. You will lead the design systems, frameworks and guidelines that ensure every On expression is coherent and unmistakably On.

This senior role stewards brand integrity across packaging, retail graphics, and brand assets and reports to the Global Head of Brand Creative. You will empower a design team, translate upstream direction into executable brand systems, and collaborate with Brand

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design or creative direction.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record coaching and empowering design teams.
• Experience leading brand design systems within a global brand or top-tier agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating system-led thinking and brand governance.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the core visual design systems for the On brand.
• Set a bold direction and translate ambition into scalable design systems.
• Design, maintain and refine frameworks, guidelines and toolkits for consistent execution.
• Coach a high-performing design team and create growth opportunities.
• Lead through others to enable cross-organizational brand execution with excellence.
• Ensure global scale while preserving clarity and distinctiveness of the visual language.
• Translate creative intent into robust, executable brand systems.
• Collaborate with Brand Foundations to interpret upstream direction into systems.
• Work with product, retail, digital and marketing to align categories and channels.
