Qualifications

• MBA or PhD preferred
• Degree in Business/STEM/Law
• Fluent English plus a major European language (DE/IT/FR) preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and orchestrate the commercial strategy for multiple revenue streams, balancing clinics sales with life science and pharma services.
• Lead expansion of data-driven intelligence solutions and establish high-value partnerships.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive group-wide commercial synergies and global distribution.
• Develop data-driven sales methodologies and scalable workflows to enable growth.
• Mentor the commercial team and standardize pricing tiers and contracts.
