Job summary

Ikerian AG, a Bern-based medical device software company, seeks a Head of Operations to design and drive a high-performance operating system that unifies Research, Development, and Commercial units under scalable processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams across PMO, HR, QRA, and Legal, professionalize vendor management, and enable a compliant, transparent operating framework as the business scales after EssilorLuxottica acquisition.

Qualifications

• Advanced leadership experience in MedTech/health IT environments.
• Experience building or professionalizing operating systems for cross-functional alignment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, MDR) and QMS.”
• Proven ability to scale organizations post-acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor heads of PMO, QRA, and HR.
• Design and implement an operating system unifying R&D and commercial functions.
• Advance vendor management and external ecosystem relationships.
