Job summary

Ikerian AG, a fast-growing healthcare AI software company based in Bern, Switzerland, seeks a Head of Commercial to drive global revenue growth across clinical SaaS, research collaborations, and data-driven solutions.

You will shape the commercial strategy, forge strategic partnerships with pharma, clinics and the EssilorLuxottica ecosystem, and lead a high-performing team to optimize pricing, governance, and go-to-market execution worldwide.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, STEM or Law; MBA/PhD preferred; Swiss/EU work authorization.
• Proven track record scaling software in healthcare; procurement and implementation cycles.
• Experience selling to Life Science stakeholders (Big Pharma) and long-cycle deals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the commercial strategy across multiple revenue streams.
• Expand data-driven intelligence solutions and establish high-value partnerships.
• Collaborate with EssilorLuxottica leadership on group-wide commercial synergies.
• Develop data-driven sales processes and KPIs; drive scalable growth.
• Lead and mentor the commercial team; optimize quote-to-cash.
