Your Tasks
  1. Partner with senior management to shape and evolve Job Cloud's brand strategy and architecture, ensuring bold differentiation and compelling storytelling across all channels.
  2. Own and activate our brand architecture - developing campaigns, guidelines, and narratives that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences.
  3. Set the tone for content: shape our editorial roadmap and steer engaging, high-impact messaging across platforms.
  4. Elevate Job Cloud as an employer of choice by infusing our brand values into internal and external communications.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and UX to create a seamless and powerful brand experience.
  6. Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Brand & Communications team of 7 employees, while tracking success through data-driven KPIs.
Your Skills
  1. Minimum of 5 years' brand marketing experience, ideally in digital or tech companies; recruitment industry insight is a plus.
  2. Proven success in leading innovative, multi-channel brand campaigns that spark emotional connection and drive engagement.
  3. Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to unite cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
  4. Energetic and creative mindset paired with strong communication skills.
  5. Strong combination of analytical thinking and emotional intelligence to shape brand strategies that resonate and perform.
  6. Excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus).
