Job summary

Mibelle Group is seeking a technically strong finance leader to combine reliable accounting with a drive to improve financial processes. You will lead a three-person team and actively participate in finance and transformation projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, tax/VAT matters and strong SAP FI experience, with a hands-on approach to controls and reporting. Fluency in German and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Swiss GAAP FER and local statutory requirements
• Tax and VAT knowledge
• IFRS knowledge is an advantage
• Strong experience in financial closing processes
• Proven ability to lead teams and finance projects
• Excellent German and good English

Responsibilities

• Lead general ledger, AR, AP and fixed-asset accounting and monthly, quarterly and annual closes
• Coach and develop a team of three
• Coordinate tax/VAT returns and liaise with auditors and authorities
• Serve as SAP FI key user and ensure data quality and reporting
• Manage finance projects (SAP implementations, shared service centre setup)
• Standardise processes and strengthen internal controls across Finance
