Schindler is seeking a Head of Digital Transformation & Business Solutions to lead the digital agenda for a strategic function within a global organization. You will connect business priorities with digital capabilities, driving measurable value and accelerating transformation.

You will define the roadmap, govern the project portfolio, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure adoption and continuous improvement across enterprise platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, BPM, IT Demand Management, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives in a global environment.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel 10% of the time.

Global Field Quality & Excellence (GFQE) plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, process standardization, and quality performance across Schindler's global organization. In this role , you will define and drive the digital agenda for this strategic function, enabling smarter processes, stronger data-driven decision-making, and the adoption of innovative technologies. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will connect business priorities with digital capabilities, helping GFQE deliver measurable value and accelerate its transformation journey.

Your Impact

• Define and drive the digital transformation roadmap, identifying opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI adoption across global business processes.
• Own and govern the digital project portfolio, aligning business priorities, budgets, and technology delivery to maximize business value.
• Partner with business leaders and technical teams to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Act as Business Owner for key applications, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Lead stakeholder alignment across global functions, driving governance, decision-making, and sustainable transformation initiatives.

You are a strategic and forward-thinking transformation leader with a strong digital mindset and the ability to connect business needs with technology opportunities. You enjoy working in complex, international environments and are skilled at influencing stakeholders, driving change, and building alignment across functions. With excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, you take ownership, focus on results, and inspire others to embrace innovation and continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, or a related field. Further certification on Project Management, Agile, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation are advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Process Management, IT Demand Management, Business Analysis, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives in a global environment.
• Experience working with enterprise applications, digital platforms, and technology-enabled business solutions.
• Strong background in stakeholder management, business case development, portfolio governance, and budget management.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors, software providers, and technology partners.
• Fluent in English and open to traveling 10% of the time.
