Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting or related roles; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.

Aufgaben

• Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens for fit and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure data quality.
• Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales.
