You will support multiple locations, troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs and firewalls, investigate incidents, help with Linux/Windows systems and virtualization, and maintain clear documentation while contributing to 24/7 service

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network fundamentals.
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server, or virtualization technologies.
• Exposure to firewalls, VPNs, and network security troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn across networking, infrastructure, and security domains.

Aufgaben

• Support and operate network and infrastructure environments across multiple locations.
• Manage and troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity services.
• Investigate network, infrastructure, and security incidents in business-critical environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 service availability.
