Ethena Foundation is building an early-stage engineering team to own a money-movement product built on our stablecoin infrastructure. You will lead both technically and people-wise, shaping the architecture, setting the engineering bar, hiring, and delivering the most critical components yourself.

This hands-on player-coach role means you will write production code daily while growing a small, high-impact team.

Qualifikationen

• As leader of an engineering function, you own architecture and drive delivery with financial stakes.
• Experience leading small teams while shipping production code in a hands-on capacity.
• Proven track of building money-related or fintech platforms with strong reliability and security.

Aufgaben

• Write and ship production code daily as a top IC while guiding others.
• Own architecture, data models, and on-chain-related processes for reliability.
• Build and scale the team through rigorous, humane hiring and onboarding.
• Set engineering bar with TDD/BDD, code reviews, and safe agentic practices.
• Lead delivery cadence with sprints or kanban and predictable releases.
