Ethena Foundation seeks a lead iOS Engineer to own the native app end‑to‑end, from architecture to release. You will ensure a fast, fluid, pixel‑perfect experience for a money app, collaborating with designers and developers to maintain design integrity and security.

You will act as the primary iOS decision maker, setting technical standards, mentoring the team, and shaping the roadmap for the app and future mobile platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Shipped native iOS apps handling real money or sensitive data.
• Strong Swift + SwiftUI with modern concurrency.
• Visually excellent, pixel‑perfect apps with design polish.
• Integrated money/identity SDKs and auth infra.
• Secure on‑device handling (Keychain, biometrics).
• Ability to evolve a large iOS codebase and set direction.
• Fluent and able to explain where AI tooling applies to iOS work.

Aufgaben

• Be the top contributor and ship the majority of the app yourself—the core, polished surfaces.
• Own the native iOS app end‑to‑end: architecture, build, and release quality.
• Coordinate the App Store release pipeline: certificates, provisioning, entitlements, TestFlight.
• Own core app surfaces with design authority and clear documentation.
• Raise the iOS quality and enforce a test strategy aligned with Liquid Glass.
• Act as default reviewer/decision‑maker on iOS and mentor the team.
• Set mobile direction and roadmap to align with Android and future iOS work.
