This position emphasizes guest care, bar and counter service, recipe awareness, hygiene compliance, and teamwork within a small, welcoming tibits family.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and food preparation essential.

Responsibilities

• Be a passionate host and bridge between kitchen and service.
• Actively participate in kitchen tasks and recipe calculations.
• Serve guests at the counter and bar, ensuring quality standards.
• Host with passion.
• Link between the kitchen and service.
• Active participation in the kitchen.
• Accurate calculation of recipes.
• Service at the counter, sales and additional sales of snacks as well as drinks.
• Service at the bar including cash handling.
