Job summary

tibits Zurich Oerlikon is seeking a friendly team member to support our kitchen and service area in an 80–100% role. You will be a hands-on host who helps bridge the gap between kitchen and guests, delivering warm service in a lively café setting.

This position emphasizes guest care, bar and counter service, recipe awareness, hygiene compliance, and teamwork within a small, welcoming tibits family.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and food preparation essential.
