Zusammenfassung

Wingtra is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join our Zurich team on a Hybrid basis. You will productionize AI prototypes from the GTM team and own the infrastructure, security, and code quality for partner-facing services.

You will collaborate with internal data, process, and product specialists to build integrated data solutions and support a fast-growing robotics scaleup. This role emphasizes customer-facing production experience and GTM collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in software engineering or computer science.
• 3+ years of full-stack experience with production-facing web apps.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Next.js and Postgres; experience with modern hosting platforms.
• AI-native mindset with the ability to review and own code not written by you.
• Security-focused with knowledge of authn/authz and data protection basics.
• Experience with CRM/ERP integrations (HubSpot, Odoo or equivalents).
• Product management experience and ability to interact with internal/external customers.

Aufgaben

• Productionize prototypes from GTM team: authentication, data integrity, tests and docs.
• Own the infrastructure: hosting environments, CI/CD, secrets, backups, releases.
• Own security for partner-facing software: authentication, data handling, security questions.
• Own the code: reviews, feature flags, and ensure prototypes meet release standards.
• Coordinate rollouts: staged releases, pilot partners, rollback plans with GTM communications.
• Build an integrated data landscape with internal data/process/product teams.
• Co-own the context layer used by GTM, sales, CSM and other agents.
• Contribute to AI engineering practice for Wingtra.
