Wingtra seeks an engineer to productionize prototypes and own infrastructure, security for partner-facing software, code, and rollout processes. You will help build an integrated data and tooling landscape across GTM, sales, and CS teams, while operating in a security-conscious, AI-native environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in software engineering or computer science.
• 3+ years full-stack experience with customer-facing web apps.
• Experience operating software in production, not only building it.
• Strong TS/Next.js and PostgreSQL skills; modern hosting platform.
• AI-native mindset: coding agents as a default approach.
• Security-literate: authn/authz, multi-tenant data handling.
• Integration-heavy background with CRM/ERP APIs and webhooks.
• Product management experience and commercial awareness.

Aufgaben

• Productionize prototypes with authentication, data integrity, tests and monitoring.
• Own the infrastructure: hosting, CI/CD, secrets, backups and releases.
• Own security for partner-facing software and data protection basics.
• Own the code: reviews, feature flags, and readiness for production.
• Run rollouts with staged releases and partner communications.
• Build an integrated solution landscape across tools and departments.
• Co-own the context layer used by GTM, sales, and CS teams.
• Contribute to the AI engineering practice and future coding approaches.
• Collaborate with product management and external customers.
