Clayground in Zurich is seeking a GTM Consultant/Engineer to bridge sales strategy and technical execution. You will onboard clients, build GTM infrastructure, and drive campaigns to deliver measurable results.

You will join a high-performance team of data science and sales experts; exposure to AI, automation, and SaaS tooling; flexible, remote-friendly work with a Zurich office option.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a GTM Consultant/Engineer, handling ICP to campaigns.
• Proven experience building and operating GTM infrastructure and automation.
• Fluent in English and German, based in a European time zone.

Aufgaben

• Onboard clients from ICP definition through sales process mapping and project setup.
• Build and run GTM infrastructure: lead sourcing, data prep, workflows, CRM setup, automation.
• Onboard clients to Tricle AI platform with smooth setup and adoption.
• Drive client results: create campaigns, messaging, A/B tests and iterate for outcomes.
• Maintain CRM intelligence and data quality: CRM setup, clean-ups, enrichment, automation.
• Ensure consistent engagement quality from reporting cadence to handovers.

We're looking for a GTM Consultant/Engineer to bridge the gap between sales strategy and technical execution. If you want to work alongside some of the most exciting companies out there, as part of a high-performance team of ex-Data Scientists, Sales Leaders, and Data Consultants actively shaping the market, we want you on our team.

Aufgaben

• Conduct client onboarding from ICP definition over sales process mapping and project management setup
• Build & operate GTM infrastructure: lead sourcing, data preparation for campaigns, Clay & n8n workflows, CRM Data system setup and automation, outbound infrastructure setup
• Onboard clients onto our Tricle AI platform, ensuring a smooth setup and adoption
• Drive results for clients: Setup campaigns for clients including campaign ideation, messaging, A/B testing, iterate campaigns to drive tangible results in line with client expectations
• Own CRM Intelligence & best-in-class Data Quality: consult clients on CRM setup and related automations based on their custom sales processes, including CRM clean-ups, data enrichment, and workflow automation.
• Own quality and consistency across client engagements, from reporting cadence to documentation and clean handovers

Qualifikation

• You understand how Sales and Marketing organizations operate and can quickly grasp a company's full business model
• 2+ years of experience as a GTM Consultant/Engineer (ideally at a tech agency or SaaS company), having worked end-to-end on client projects, from ICP definition to operating and reporting on campaigns AND/OR you have been a Sales Professional who has implemented sales tools for your own team or organization
• Vast experience with GTM tools like Clay, Instantly and other popular GTM software (Benefit: automation tools like n8n, make etc)
• You speak English & German fluently and are based in a European time zone
• Structured thinker - detail oriented, process-driven, and capable of translating ambiguous needs into reliable systems.
• Good communicator: able to work with both technical and non-technical team members
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high ownership startup/scale-up environment
• Passionate about AI, automation, and pushing the boundaries of what sales/operations workflows can do
