Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and data-drivenGrowth Marketing Managerto join our Automotive Marketing team reporting to Senior Customer Engagement Manager. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing and executing personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drivecustomer engagementandbusiness growth. You’ll bring your marketing expertise, analytical mindset, and hands-on attitude to a fast-paced, collaborative environment where experimentation and continuous learning are at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll do:

• Design and execute experiments to improve key funnel metrics (acquisition, activation, retention)
• Build and optimize multi-channel lifecycle programs across email, push, in-app, and on-site
• Analyze performance data and user behavior to uncover insights and inform strategy
• Work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering to ideate and launch growth initiatives
• Own and improve segmentation, targeting, and personalization across touchpoints
• Leverage tools like Braze, Bloomreach, or similar to run scalable, automated campaigns
• Continuously A/B test copy, channels, and workflows to improve outcomes
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor growth KPIs and campaign impact

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience ingrowth marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical skills— fluent in data, comfortable with SQL and Excel
• Proven track record ofrunning growth experimentsand optimizing marketing funnels
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms or CDPs (Braze, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Experience incustomer journey mappingandpersonalized communication strategies
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Data teams
• Organized and execution-focused — you can manage multiple initiatives at once
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally German (French or Italian is a plus)
• Curious, resourceful, and growth-minded
