We’re Hiring: Growth Manager (XR Prototype – Meta App Lab)

We’re building an early-stage mixed reality prototype designed to support neurodiverse teenagers (ASD/ADHD) in building confidence, autonomy, and wellbeing.

We’re now preparing for launch on Meta App Lab and are seeking a Growth Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy and ensure visibility, adoption, and traction from day one.

What you’ll do

• Manage the App Lab store optimization (ASO, keywords, media assets).
• Define and execute the launch plan across App Lab, SideQuest, and XR channels.
• Run marketing campaigns (organic & paid) to drive downloads.
• Collaborate with devs/designers on app presentation, trailer, and assets.
• Track metrics (downloads, reviews, engagement) and report actionable insights.

• Experience launching XR/VR or gaming apps on Meta App Lab.
• Strong background in growth marketing and user acquisition.
• Familiarity with app store optimization, digital campaigns, and analytics.
• Startup mindset: proactive, data-driven, and hands-on.

Experience & Skills Required

Must-Have

• Proven experience launching XR/VR or gaming apps (App Lab experience preferred).
• Knowledge of ASO, digital campaigns, and growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of Meta ecosystem (App Lab, SideQuest, Oculus tools).
• 1+ year in growth marketing, product marketing, or app launch management.
• Bilingual French / English as first network to reach for the startup is French Parent association for ASD, in French part of Switzerland and France. Then worldwide.
