Translation Services USA is seeking a Product & Growth Manager to shape what our engineering team builds and why. You’ll bridge customers, analytics, growth, design, and engineering to turn problems into product improvements that lift activation, conversion, retention, and revenue.

You’ll own the roadmap, analyze usage, interview customers, translate requirements for developers, and drive onboarding improvements and experiments that improve signups, pricing, and value realization.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product & Growth Manager to determine what our engineering team should build and why.

You will sit between customers, analytics, growth, design, and engineering. Your responsibility is not simply to manage a backlog. You will identify customer problems and business opportunities and turn them into product improvements that increase activation, conversion, retention, and revenue.

What You’ll Own

• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Analyze customer behavior and product usage.
• Interview customers and investigate recurring problems.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for developers.
• Improve onboarding and first-time user experience.
• Identify friction throughout signup, purchase, and product usage.
• Develop product experiments and A/B tests.
• Participate in pricing and packaging initiatives.
• Analyze feature adoption and determine which functionality creates value.
• Coordinate launches with engineering, growth, and customer support.
• Maintain product KPIs and report results.
• Identify features that should be improved, simplified, automated, or removed.
