Nestlé S.A. is seeking an R&D Packaging Group Leader in Switzerland to guide a team of packaging specialists and engineers in delivering consumer-centric, sustainable packaging solutions for Nutrition & Health.

You will collaborate with research, markets, networks and suppliers to drive roadmaps, improve efficiency, and advance technology adoption across multiple brands and regions.

Qualifikationen

• Master or Engineering degree in Packaging.
• Deep knowledge of packaging materials, filling and packing for nutrition and sensitive foods.
• Strong packaging quality, safety, hygiene, sustainability design, recycling and low-carbon solutions.

• Developing people, capabilities and knowledge sharing to strengthen packaging expertise across teams and markets.
