Zusammenfassung

Luxaviation ONE is seeking a Group Charter Director for Europe to own and grow its new group charter business. You will design the commercial strategy, recruit and lead brokers, and drive revenue growth across Europe and beyond.

Ideally based in Europe with flexible remote work, you will build the department from the ground up, establish supplier relations, and position Luxaviation ONE as a leading reference in group charter.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years in charter sales, ideally with group/adhoc charter experience.
• ≥3 years in a senior management role with team-building responsibilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to start a new business unit.
• Strong network of international corporate clients and partners.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; English fluency.

Aufgaben

• Build Luxaviation ONE’s Group Charter department from the ground up with strategy and execution responsibility.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of charter sales executives and brokers.
• Design and implement the business development plan for group charter sales in Europe and beyond.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and partners.
• Drive campaigns using CRM tools, targeted prospecting, and networking.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and tailor offers to clients.
• Ensure service excellence from proposal to post-flight feedback.
• Represent Luxaviation ONE at industry events and updates to leadership.
