Job summary

Freshape SA in Renens, near Lausanne, is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to own Freshape's voice across platforms, from concept to published post, with on-site studio support and collaboration with internal teams.

You will lead strategy, shoot content, manage paid and organic campaigns, track performance, and help launch new products. English fluency required; French/German a plus; 25 days vacation and green commuting benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing/Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of content creation, social media marketing or similar digital role.
• Strong grounding in marketing strategy and brand building.
• Hands-on experience with social platforms, paid social and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Freshape's voice on social media and content behind it, from concept to published post.
• Plan and produce platform-specific content in studio and on location; manage external agencies when needed.
• Support paid and organic campaigns, including budgeting and ROI optimization.
