Job summary

ESH Médias in Neuchâtel is seeking a Content Marketing Project Coordinator to drive production schedules for regional campaigns across VD, NE, VS and multi-regional markets. You will coordinate graphic design, editorial, social media and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of content.

The role requires a commercial qualification with marketing experience, strong writing, and proficiency with office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish the overall production schedule and ensure follow-up for all Content Marketing projects (VD, NE, VS and multi-regional)

• Contribute to the preparation of follow-up reports
• Participate in the drafting of proposals in collaboration with our sales and marketing teams
• Participate in the publication of digital articles and posts on social media
• Respond to client requests

How you will contribute to our success:

• By establishing the overall production schedule and ensuring follow-up for all Content Marketing projects (VD, NE, VS and multi-regional)

This position is for you if:

• You hold a commercial qualification with experience in marketing;

• You are proficient with office and project management tools;

• You are able to write notes, reports and other documents clearly, concisely and concretely;
