Freshape SA in Renens, near Lausanne, is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to own Freshape's voice across platforms, from concept to published post, with on-site studio support and collaboration with internal teams.

You will lead strategy, shoot content, manage paid and organic campaigns, track performance, and help launch new products. English fluency required; French/German a plus; 25 days vacation and green commuting benefits offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing/Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of content creation, social media marketing or similar digital role.
• Strong grounding in marketing strategy and brand building.
• Hands-on experience with social platforms, paid social and analytics tools.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our team in our brand-new offices in Renens, in the Lausanne area.

You'll own Freshape's voice on social media and the content behind it, from the first idea and the shoot to the published post. You'll also support our paid campaigns and performance reporting. You'll report to the Marketing Manager, work closely with our product and design teams, use our in-house studio, and collaborate with external agencies and creators. With new product launches ahead, you'll help build the content engine and brand voice that supports them.

This position is 100% on site.

YOUR MISSION

• Strategy and brand voice: Build and run social media plans aligned with Freshape's mission and marketing goals. Shape the brand voice, messaging and copy for new and existing products.
• Content creation: Direct, plan and produce platform-specific content (photo, video, copy), in our studio and on location. Coordinate with internal teams and manage external agencies and freelancers when needed.
• Product launches & brand development: Shape positioning, website copy and coordinated launch planning across channels for new and existing products.
• Paid and organic campaigns: Support the planning and running of campaigns on Meta and Google, including budgeting, audience targeting and optimization for ROI.
• Community and partnerships: Build an active, positive community, respond promptly, encourage user-generated content, and work with influencers, ambassadors and events to extend our reach. Monitor mentions and reviews and flag opportunities or issues early.
• Measure and improve: Track and report on performance, share what you learn, and stay current on platform changes, industry trends and marketing innovations.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's (HES/FH) or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing or a similar digital role
• Strong grounding in marketing strategy and brand building
• Hands-on experience with social platforms, paid social and analytics tools (Meta, YouTube, Google Ads and Google Analytics)
• Creative direction and production skills, with demonstrated experience creating your own visual content (photo and video) and copy, from concept through to finished piece
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g. for copy, visuals, editing, reporting) to work faster while keeping the brand's voice and quality
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at once
• Experience with hardware, e-commerce or crowdfunding product launches would be a strong plus
