Job summary

ESH Médias in Neuchâtel is seeking a Content Marketing Project Coordinator to drive production schedules for regional campaigns across VD, NE, VS and multi-regional markets. You will coordinate graphic design, editorial, social media and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of content.

The role requires a commercial qualification with marketing experience, strong writing, and proficiency with office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Commercial qualification with experience in marketing.
• Proficient with office and project management tools.
• Able to write notes, reports clearly and concisely.
• Mastery of social media writing and publishing tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish the overall production schedule and ensure follow-up for all Content Marketing projects (VD, NE, VS and multi-regional)
• Coordinate and monitor projects with the various team members (graphic design, editorial, social media and sales)
• Contribute to the preparation of follow-up reports
• Participate in the drafting of proposals in collaboration with our sales and marketing teams
• Participate in the publication of digital articles and posts on social media
• Respond to client requests
