Our client, a Geneva-based emerging international commodity trading house, seeks a seasoned Desk Building & Trade Execution professional to own the lifecycle of physical grain transactions from contract signing to final settlement.

The role requires 5–8+ years in trade execution or traffic operations, with strong knowledge of dry bulk shipping, Incoterms, GAFTA/FOSFA rules and L/Cs. Fluency in English is essential for global counterparties and expanding markets.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 8+ years of solid experience in trade execution or traffic operations within a commodity trading house, with focus on grains/oilseeds.
• Adaptability to operate in an agile, fast-paced desk environment.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of physical grain transactions from contract signing to final settlement.
• Coordinate vessel chartering, space bookings, and shipment tracking with shipbrokers and port agents.
• Oversee dry bulk cargo loading, discharging, and transit across European and global maritime routes.
