Job summary

Julius Baer in Switzerland is offering an 18-month Graduate Programme designed to unleash your potential through three rotations, including an international assignment. You will work with the UHNWI team and assist Relationship Managers with onboarding, client servicing, and preparing documents and investment proposals.

The programme targets recent master's graduates fluent in German and English, with strong communication, meticulousness, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

Master's degree completed within the last 12 months.
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
Passion for client engagement and holistic wealth management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
Systematic, precise, and diligent working style with the ability to perform under pressure.
Proactive, independent approach with openness to taking on extra responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Opening, servicing, and maintaining client accounts, ensuring data accuracy.
Coordinating client onboarding, collecting required documentation, supporting KYC/AML.
Preparing client and prospect meeting documents and investment proposals across asset classes.
Ad-hoc analyses and transaction execution with follow-up and issue resolution.
Acting as a secondary contact for day-to-day client enquiries and account information.
Preparing client reports, presentations, and portfolio statements; maintaining records.
Liaising with ops, compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure timely service delivery.
