Julius Baer invites graduates to join an 18-month Graduate Programme designed to unleash potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You will work across Market Area Business Management Teams, supporting Front teams with business management, financial analysis and risk deep dives.

The programme offers global exposure, mentorship and a path to leadership in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences (graduation max. 12 months ago).
• Initial practical experience in banking or financial industry helps (e.g. summer internship).
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth.
• Fluency in English; Spanish being a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Front as a Business Manager within Market Area Business Management Teams.
• Track and drive financial performance against plans; provide transparent management info.
• Coordinate risk topics across Market Areas and support risk initiatives.
• Enable MA Heads to run Market Areas efficiently; act as sparring partner for operational tasks.
• Support MA Communications Strategy and newsletters.
