Job summary

UBS is recruiting for its 2027 Group Real Estate and Supply Chain Graduate Talent Program in Zürich. You will join UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC) and gain exposure to procurement, supplier management and strategic projects across a global financial institution.

The 18-month program combines formal training, rotational assignments and on-the-job learning, with opportunities to influence real estate, procurement and digitalization efforts.

Qualifications

• Graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a relevant degree.
• Candidate should have completed their degree and meet graduation requirements by program start date.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• Preferable fields: supply chain, economics, business administration, analytics or data-driven studies.
• Values: hardworking, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain initiatives to deliver commercial value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain and the business.
• Coordinate projects, communications and continuous improvement activities.
• Analyze data and processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with sourcing, supplier management, sustainability and risk management.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
