INTRODUCING STACK ACADEMY

STACK Academy was created to open doors to a more inclusive, future-ready workforce. It has built structured, paid training programs that give people from all backgrounds a way into data and tech; no degree, previous experience, or technical CV required. In 2025, the Academy will welcome 55 new learners across Europe into its career-launching program.

Programs are 18 months, fully paid, and include English language training and expert mentorship. No experience required, just a willingness to learn.

THE PROGRAM

STACK’s EMEA Training Program offers two key pathways:

• Critical Operations Technician Trainee

Be at the heart of STACK’s mission-critical operations. From power and cooling to mechanical systems, you’ll help keep our data centers running 24/7.

• Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Professional (Trainee)

Lead the way in creating safe, efficient, and compliant data center environments. You’ll gain expertise in emergency response, safety protocols, and global EHS standards.

You aren’t expected to come in as an expert. We’re looking for potential over experience, from applicants who:

• stay calm under pressure and can manage multiple priorities, even when timelines shift
• enjoy bringing people together and supporting teammates to grow and succeed

• are always learning, open to feedback, and eager to keep improving
