You will gain hands‑on experience in ML operations, embedded AI and data science within the COO division, working on real-world banking challenges.

You will deploy models to production, monitor live systems, and collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists and stakeholders to drive enterprise analytics across wealth management.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in AI, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science, graduation within 12 months.
• Previous practical experience in finance is a plus.
• Passion for wealth management and creating value beyond wealth.
• Global mindset with strong learning orientation.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Eligible to work in the country where you apply.

Aufgaben

• Identify opportunities for AI and data science to drive data‑driven innovations in wealth management.
• Contribute to development and validation of AI/ML models for client experience and operations.
• Work on NLP, predictive analytics and personalization use cases while complying with data privacy and banking regulations.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into production solutions.
• Analyze large financial datasets to improve model performance, fairness and interpretability.
• Participate in full ML lifecycle including deployment, monitoring and MLOps.
• Engage with modern data infrastructure and Julius Baer technology stack to build secure analytics pipelines.
• Support model risk management with thorough documentation and regulatory alignment.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends and promote responsible innovation within banking constraints.
• Foster a data-driven culture by sharing knowledge and best practices.
