Leonteq, a Swiss fintech, seeks a Financial Engineer to join the Front Office team working on LYNQS, Leonteq’s platform for structured products. You will translate user needs into specifications, onboard new payoffs, and own functional testing and releases.

You will build and automate with Python, enhance AI-assisted tooling, and support sales with analytics. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a related field, deep understanding of vanilla options, strong Python skills, and excellent English

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact for Sales, clients and internal front office users on LYNQS and translate needs into requirements
• Onboard new products and payoffs on LYNQS and configure product templates for pricing inputs and displays
• Write functional specifications for new LYNQS features with Structuring, Sales and IT
• Own functional testing of LYNQS tickets and validate releases before clients
• Coordinate releases between front office and IT and develop Python tools for automation
• Extend the AI agent with custom skills and MCP servers in Python for recurring tasks
• Produce reports and analytics on platform usage and client activity for Sales and management
