Leonteq AG, a leading Swiss fintech, seeks a Financial Engineering professional to join the Front Office as a business development specialist focused on LYNQS. You will translate client needs into specifications, onboard new products, and collaborate with Sales, Structuring and IT to drive pricing and lifecycle management.

You will own functional testing, release coordination, and build internal Python tools to automate recurring tasks, while exploring AI-assisted tooling to enhance efficiency

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, IS, CS or related field.
• Strong Python skills and ability to script solutions.
• Solid English communication and team-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Act as first contact for Sales, clients and front office users on LYNQS and translate needs into requirements.
• Onboard and model payoffs on LYNQS, configure product templates for pricing inputs and displays.
• Write functional specs for LYNQS features in collaboration with Structuring, Sales and IT.
• Own functional testing and validate releases before Sales and clients.
• Coordinate releases between front office stakeholders and IT.
• Build and improve Python tools to automate user management and recurring front office tasks.
• Extend AI agent with custom skills and MCP servers to automate recurring tasks.
• Produce reports and analytics on platform usage and client activity for Sales and management.
