Zusammenfassung

Leonteq AG is seeking a Lead IT Architect to shape our technology landscape and enable future growth. You will partner with stakeholders, software engineers, and infrastructure experts to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions.

You will define architecture standards, lead architecture reviews, and drive the evolution of the enterprise app landscape while mentoring engineering teams and promoting best practices across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or higher in a computer science/IT field is required.
• Extensive experience in software and enterprise architecture within a complex IT environment.
• Proven track record leading software engineering initiatives and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong understanding of system integration, cloud technologies, APIs, distributed systems, and modern practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking and pragmatic design.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading operations, and relevant regulatory requirements is a plus.

Working closely with business stakeholders, software engineering teams, and infrastructure specialists, you\'ll turn business needs into secure, scalable, and practical technology solutions.

In this role, you\'ll define our technology architecture, guide key technical decisions, and drive the evolution of our application landscape. You\'ll work across teams to ensure our technology is fit for purpose, promote architectural best practices, and support engineers in delivering high-quality solutions. What you\'ll need

• Proven experience leading software engineering initiatives and mentoring technical teams, with the ability to inspire collaboration and drive high performance.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, cloud technologies, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software development practices.
