Julius Baer is offering an entry‑level GPS Associate Investment Advisor role in Geneva within the Global Products and Solutions division. The program includes tailored onboarding, 18–24 months of rotations across key teams, and hands-on experience in investment advice and portfolio structuring.

Formación

• Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in banking or asset management.
• Strong interest in economics and investment; solid theoretical understanding of asset classes and investment products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking initiative.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; able to process complex information quickly.
• Understanding of emerging technologies including AI, robotics, automation, and data analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; service‑oriented mindset.
• Native level French and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare client investment proposals and tailor portfolio/investment recommendations.
• Support client and prospect pitches with presentations, market insights, and investment ideas.
• Develop and assess investment concepts aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with specialists across asset classes and product areas.
• Provide support to senior investment advisors (trade entry, account balance, investment proposals).
• Participate in rotations across GPS teams to gain broad exposure.
