Job summary

Incyte Corporation in Switzerland is seeking a Production Technician to oversee production tools in line with GMP rules. The role focuses on controlling equipment, executing tasks per schedule, and contributing to quality and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a technical or scientific background with at least 3 years in regulated environments, and flexibility for shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Technical or scientific training (CFC or equivalent - Bachelor HES - DUT/BTS) in industrial pharmacy or related field.
• 3 years minimum experience in chemical, agro-food, pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Willing to work shifts and weekends as required.
• Experience in GMP/compliance environment is essential.
• Team-oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Control production equipment and perform IPC per GMP rules.
• Execute production tasks per the defined schedule.
• Participate in area maintenance and cleaning.
• Record quality deviations and document in quality systems.
• Participate in investigations when needed.
• Follow training plan defined by manager and complete on time.
• Train colleagues in area of expertise when required.
• Carry out batch release activities: review exceptions and close records.
• Execute qualification protocols for area equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with 5S and Gemba activities.
• Act as role model to ensure timely production of batches and resolve problems.
• Support a culture of integrity, transparency and ethics.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and company guidelines.
• Take WFI samples per schedule and ensure traceability; report anomalies.
