Lonza Group is seeking a QC Physical Analytics specialist to take ownership of analytical testing, laboratory equipment, and the continuous improvement of processes in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will perform physico-chemical analyses, ensure timely GMP-compliant testing, support calibration and qualification of equipment, and contribute to method development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Experience in Quality Control within GMP-regulated environment preferred.
• Knowledge of physico-chemical analytical techniques and lab practices.

Responsabilités

• Perform, evaluate, and document physico-chemical analyses per cGMP and internal procedures.
• Ensure timely and GMP-compliant execution of testing activities.
• Manage designated laboratory equipment including calibration and qualification.
• Support deviation investigations and corrective actions.
• Contribute to development and optimization of lab processes and methods.
• Onboard and train new team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on-call duty as scheduled.
