Job summary

Aristo Group in Switzerland seeks an EI&C Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

You will interface with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Automation to maximize equipment availability, process reliability, and audit readiness, while supporting CAPA and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Process Control (HF, BSc, or MSc).
Several years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or process manufacturing.
Fluent German; English proficiency is an advantage.
Good understanding of GMP-regulated operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support electrical, instrumentation, automation, and process control systems across manufacturing and utility facilities.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Support CAPA, change controls, deviations, and investigations.
Ensure documentation is complete, audit-ready, and compliant with GMP.
