Qualifications

• Training experience in a professional setting.
• Fluent English; German is a plus for Basel.
• Willingness to travel >50% of time.
• Hands-on experience with visual inspections in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and qualify visual inspection training for analysts.
• Conduct on-site trainings at client facilities worldwide.
• Define and improve training strategies for qualification programs.
• Maintain and manage training kits and materials.
• Support Quality with recurring training-related tasks.
