The role involves developing technical solutions for inspection standards, leading lyophilization and packaging procedures, and implementing robust manufacturing processes with strong documentation and collaboration across teams.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical process development, manufacturing, formulation, lyophilization, packaging or visual inspection.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience implementing practical manufacturing or analytical procedures.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a multidisciplinary team.
• Structured documentation and clear communication.

Aufgaben

• Develop technical solutions for visual inspection reference standards and test set manufacturing.
• Lead lyophilization cycle development and packaging procedures.
• Design and implement robust, reproducible manufacturing processes.
• Support scientists with daily technical challenges and troubleshooting.
• Translate development activities into clear procedures and manufacturing docs.
• Continuously improve workflows and capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners on process development.
• Support routine manufacturing of visual inspection test sets.
