Ideal candidates have experience in visual inspection and a structured, detail-oriented workstyle. On-site presence in Basel and the ability to complete our eye test are required for this non-GMP setup.

Your mission

Due to new business growth, we urgently need 2 Temporary Visual Inspection Operators to join our team in Basel over the coming months to support critical product delivery for our customers. You will perform manual visual inspection of sterile parenteral dosage forms - specifically vials, syringes, and cartridges - ensuring product quality and reliability.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to :

• Execute visual inspection of vials, syringes, and cartridges for particulate matter and cosmetic defects.
• Support high-priority production timelines to ensure reliable delivery to our customers.
• Maintain organized documentation and adhere to internal operational standards.

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated and committed professional with,

• Prior experience in visual inspection (VI) is a strong advantage.
• An organized, structured approach to work and attention to detail.
• No strict GMP experience is required for this specific non-GMP setup, making this a great opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct local presence or ability to commute to the Basel campus (including completing our straightforward on-site eye test).
