• Experience with international teams and high cultural awareness.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills; calm under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Manage training mailbox and correspondence with customers, training centres and partners in Switzerland.
• Coordinate with training centres and partners for events and maintain relationships.
• Maintain training records and data in the Training Administration software.
• Act as key user for Training Administration software.
• Handle invoicing for WinGD CH and training partners; monitor payments.
• Assist instructors with documentation and coordinate feedback surveys.
• Coordinate office supplies and logistics for customer visits.
