Job summary

Julius Baer in Zürich seeks a Regulatory Trade Reporting Specialist to own and evolve the global reporting framework (Six, EUREX, Dodd-Frank) and coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology.

You will drive regulatory change initiatives, ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions, manage audit processes, and escalate issues while promoting strong controls across international locations. Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in Banking and Finance, Law, or IT.
• 5–7 years of experience in trade reporting within Investment and Wealth Management.
• Experience managing regulatory trade reporting frameworks and knowledge of major exchanges rules.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global regulatory trade reporting framework (Six, EUREX Reporting, Dodd-Frank Monitoring).
• Document trade reporting rules and assign roles across stakeholders.
• Coordinate input with Compliance and Legal for evolving requirements.
• Perform business analysis for new reporting requirements and provide BRs to GPS platform teams.
• Oversee implementation of regulatory changes with documentation, testing and approval.
• Track errors, late submissions and control deficiencies; drive remediation.
• Collaborate to mitigate operational risks and escalate to senior management.
• Act as first contact for supervisory authorities during audits.
• Commission independent validation activities with Legal & Compliance.
