Zurich Insurance Group is seeking a Trade & Economic Sanctions Senior Compliance Officer to oversee the sanctions framework, advise on high‑risk cases, and coordinate cross‑jurisdictional regulatory responses in a truly international context.

You will work with Group Legal and external counsel while training and supporting business units globally within a hybrid Swiss work environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years in Compliance with focus on Financial Crime and sanctions.
• Experience designing, implementing and overseeing sanctions frameworks and controls.
• Experience applying multi-jurisdictional sanctions regimes, ideally in insurance.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, interpret, and translate global sanctions developments into guidance.
• Provide risk-based advice on complex sanctions cases across jurisdictions.
• Review referred sanctions cases and assess exposure and ownership structures.
• Lead assessment of new regulations including extraterritorial impacts.
• Define and maintain global sanctions screening standards and tools.
• Coordinate responses to sanctions breaches and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with Group Legal and external counsel on complex scenarios.
• Deliver training and support to business units on the TES framework.
