Zusammenfassung

Tecan is seeking a Strategic Trade Compliance Lead to steer global trade compliance and drive digitalized processes. You will lead Trade Compliance Specialists, coordinate across departments, and serve as the primary contact for authorities, customers, and suppliers.

You bring a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years in trade compliance, plus team management and SAP/GTS proficiency. You will shape compliant, efficient import/export operations in a multicultural environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or International Trade Law (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in trade compliance, import/export, or customs.
• In-depth knowledge of EAR, customs, sanctions, embargos.
• Min 2 years of proven team management experience.
• Certifications such as Certified Customs Specialist or Certified Export Specialist.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Collaborative and independent in a multicultural environment.
• Proficient in SAP, GTS, MS Office.
• Effective cross-functional influencer.
