• Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and meet deadlines.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and client clarifications.
• Maintain records of tender activities and handover.
• Improve tender processes and templates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain clear communication with customers.
