Hitachi Energy is seeking a Sales & Tender Manager to strengthen our Global Competence Center Power Conversion Sales team within Power Grids Grid Integration. You will manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract signature, supported by a multidisciplinary tender team.

Fluency in English and German, a relevant degree, and willingness to travel approx. 20% are required. You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and supply chain to shape strategic offers and close agreements.

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Tendering or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across levels.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, cross-border teams.

• Develop networks with customers and suppliers to identify opportunities.

• Lead sales and tender processes with interdisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and negotiate comprehensive commercial offers.
• Ensure seamless integration of supplier offers and tender completion.
• Transition negotiated projects to execution and engineering teams.
