Mettler-Toledo in Nänikon-Greifensee seeks a Market Support & Training Specialist to provide worldwide technical support for RXE/CSS products and to develop training materials for global launches. You will collaborate across R&D, Software, and Service teams and support cloud-based solutions and licensing.

The role requires a degree in a related field, at least 3 years in a technical role, and the ability to travel internationally 15–20%. Fluent English is required, German a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, service, training, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments.
• Hands-on interest in scientific instrumentation, software platforms, and connected lab solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with an interest in technical training.

Mansioni

• Provide worldwide technical support for RXE/CSS portfolio including hardware, software, accessories, and services.
• Investigate and resolve issues via remote support, lab testing, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Support software deployment, configuration, licensing, connectivity and cloud solutions (iC Software).
• Handle case escalations, quality issues, and returns in a timely manner.
• Create troubleshooting resources, knowledge bases, and digital access tools.
• Develop and deliver technical training for Field Service Engineers and support teams.
• Ensure equipment readiness before trainings and demonstrations.
• Contribute to NPDI projects to ensure service readiness at launch.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software, Service, and Product Management to improve products and processes.
• Translate field experience into product and service improvements.
